The Migration working group will produce methods to migrate network service from a traditional network, like a data center or a wide area network, to a Software-Defined Network (SDN) based on the OpenFlow® Standard. This group will bring together practitioners who have carried out or have interest in carrying out software-defined network migrations.

Goals for 2014
- Submit document describing the goals and metrics for the migration
- Publish prototype working code for migration and validate the metrics
- Demonstrate prototype migration tool chain
