Ahmad Tajuddin obtained his MSc from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2003, and PhD in Information Technology and Communication in 2010 from University Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. He joined Telekom Malaysia Research & Development in 2003, where he previously works as a Principal Researcher in the Architect lab. He has been working with ONOS since 2016 when he appointed to lead Bandwidth of Demand on Packet Transport Network (PTN) for Broadband and High-Speed Service research project for Telekom Malaysia. 2020, he joins Telekom Malaysia as a Lead Service Control Planning at Control Planning division. He’s responsible for designing and developing closed-loop automation architecture for services, transport and core network Telekom Malaysia, based on Software Defined Networking and Telco Cloud. He has also been appointed to lead and design the architecture of a single platform on intelligent customer experience for assurance and digital transformation. His areas of interest include ONOS Application Development, SDN, NFV, QoS (Network and Application), Predictive Analytics and QoE.
