The TM-Series is a Packet-optical networking solution supporting Layers 0 (wavelengths) to 2.5 (MPLS-TP). Transmode also provides the associated Enlighten™ multi-layer management suite to manage TM-Series networks. Both products have an architecture that is well suited to the SDN initiatives within the industry and as such are “SDN-Ready”. Transmode will announce developments in 2013 that will enable full SDN support.
