COO — Rick Bauer serves ONF by coordinating and managing the technical programs of ONF. He helps advance the technical agenda of the ONF, attending working group and discussion group meetings, and is an ex-officio member of the Technical Advisory Group, the Chipmakers’ Advisory Group, and the Testing Leadership Council. Rick lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
