Steve, our main research associate, has been with the Indiana Center for Network Translational Research and Education (InCNTRE) since its formation, acting as associate director for education and international collaboration initiatives. An early and ardent proponent of SDN, he has led workshops around the world on the technology and the research it enables. Steve has more than 25 years of experience in network design, research, and deployment — including 10 years leading Indiana University’s engineering support for Abilene (Internet2’s first high-speed backbone) and directing the university’s Advanced Network Management Lab.
