Chen Lei is the chief engineer of department of wireline network communication of CTTL. As the project leader, he is responsible for the SDN test in CTTL. Over the past few years, he created the SDN test group in CTTL, made CTTL becoming ONF accredited laboratory, and carried out the OpenFlow® certification test. Chen Lei has over 10 years of experience in the telecom and networking Industry. Prior to his involvement in the SDN lab, he was mainly engaged in standards development and testing of softswitch network signaling and protocol. He was involved in the development of several ITU-T specifications and China domestic specifications and calibration specifications. At the same time the team he led is responsible for the inspection and tests for softswitch equipment and data exchange equipment network accessing license in China.
