The Testing and Interoperability working group seeks to accelerate the development and adoption of the OpenFlow® Standard. The group will work toward this goal by ensuring standardized development through testing and certification, fostering interoperability among vendor implementations, and providing an industry-recognized certification for ONF compliance.

- Awarded NEC with OpenFlow® Conformance Certification:
- Completed the conformance-testing spec for OpenFlow® 1.0.1
- Launched the OpenFlow® conformance-testing program
- Accredited 4 conformance-testing labs
- Certified the first OpenFlow-compliant product
- Created, conducted a competition for the first OpenFlow® driver and selected a winner
- Conducted the Spring & Fall PlugFests

- Plan and conduct the Spring & Fall PlugFests
- Define a base conformace test for OpenFlow® 1.3
- Release benchmarking documents including Flow Table capacity and Forwarding performance
